Michael Bay, The Batverse, Minx, Missing, Skinamarink
Here’s a bit of news that might make you do a double take: Michael Bay is in trouble for allegedly killing a pigeon. Bay, master of Bayhem, is being accused of killing the bird in Italy while filming his bombastic Netflix title 6 Underground. Bay, for his part, is denying the charges. “I am a well-known animal lover and major animal activist," said the filmmaker. "No animal involved in the production was injured or harmed, or on any other production I've worked on in the past 30 years." We’ll have to see how this plays out, but the Michael Bay story is just one thing awaiting you in the latest issue of the /Film newsletter.
